Firm partner, Jay Norton built a reputation as a vigorous and unrelenting courtroom litigator in his previous work with the Bexar County District Attorney's office. His dynamic style caught the attention of Alan Brown, who brought him into the firm in 1992. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association and the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association.

Throughout his career, Jay has successfully tried hundreds of cases in both State and Federal Court, representing citizens accused of a full litany of offenses.
